Can't download photos from Plex Media Server

I have listed my version of Plex Server and Plex Player. I’m using Plex app for Windows 10. I have many pictures that are on my Plex server. If I log into my server using the web UI then I am able to download pictures from my Plex server onto the hard drive of my local machine. However, if I use the Windows 10 app, then I don’t get the option to download anything. Is there a setting that I’m missing or how do I go about doing this?

Unfortunately that app does not have the ability to download photos. I’m not sure when/if it will be but I will pass it along that you were expecting it to.
