What are you trying to download and in what Plex app?
The Download feature is only available in the mobile clients (iOS/Android) and the regular desktop app (Plex for Windows/Mac/Linux). You can download media from your own libraries or shared libraries if their owner granted you access to download media. You cannot download media from Plex’ video-on-demand service or live-tv-streaming.
Thanks for the tip. I am new to Plex and did not catch that detail. I will try this and let you know if everything works fine.
