Can't Enable App or Upgrade

I am running plex 1.41.8.9834 on a TM F4-424-PRO running TOS 5.1.145-00320.

I tried to upgrade to Plex 1.41.9.9961. Not only did the upgrade not take after going throught the whole process, but I get an error when I try to enable the app through the App Center.

If I have to uninstall, will I lose my playlists?

Please help.
