Can't find media files

Hi all,
I had an account for plex but wanted to set up a new account. I uninstalled all Plex related software (window’s PC) and reinstalled the newest version of both. I logged on but can’t add or even find my library ( it just takes me to the :Download Server Page"). The strange thing is I can still find my files on the TV.

Your existing server will still be claimed with the old user account, an uninstall doesn’t remove this data.

You either need to log in with your old details first, and then unclaim the server, or follow these steps: https://support.plex.tv/articles/204281528-why-am-i-locked-out-of-server-settings-and-how-do-i-get-in/
