Can't find server

Previously I had deleted my account because I didn’t think it was working. I then made a new 2nd account. This 2nd account couldn’t find any server. I then reinstated the original account I had previously deleted, but the original account can’t find any servers as well.

I have uninstalled and then re-installed Plex on my device many times to no avail.
How can I fix this?

The account you are using now has no servers attached to it.
Therefore I assume that your server is still using a different set of Plex credentials.

Thank you for the reply. We have gone ahead and tried what the article suggests and it didn’t seem to do the trick. We have also tried reinstalling plex. Is there a way to wipe everything and start clean with plex?
