Can't find server after server move

Server Version#:4.51.1
Player Version#:

My motherboard died and I was forced to move PMS to a different computer. The drives were fine and have been moved to the new server. I can log into PMS but there is no option to control the server and Plex reports that the server “is currently unavailable”. I can ping the ip and DNS resolves the computer name listed in the error.

Following Issue 326415 I stopped PMS, renamed Preferences.xml, and restarted PMS. I opened a new window in incognito mode and nothing changed. It seems that some items are missing from Preferences.xms as mentioned in other threads. My Preferences.xml is:

<Preferences
OldestPreviousVersion="1.21.3.4021-5a0a3e4b2"
MachineIdentifier="bd78adb4-61a5-4669-9574-78cc12674e3f" ProcessedMachineIdentifier="040069ab7654c78c0c2baa38567244dc035ef52b" AnonymousMachineIdentifier="8324c13c-4927-4467-a8d0-b44794eacca6"
MetricsEpoch="1"/>

I see nothing relevant in the logs except:

DEBUG - NetworkServiceBrowser: Parsing SSDP schema for http://10.1.1.82:49152/wps_device.xml
DEBUG - HTTP requesting GET http://10.1.1.82:49152/wps_device.xml
ERROR - Error issuing curl_easy_perform(handle): 7
 WARN - HTTP error requesting GET http://10.1.1.82:49152/wps_device.xml (7, Couldn't connect to server) (Failed to connect to 10.1.1.82 port 49152: No route to host)

10.1.1.82 used to be the address of a WiFi mesh and is no longer in use. The server never used WiFi but the new server is WiFi capable.

I’d appreciate any help.
