Can't find the server

Plex Server on Synology was working fine overnight, but suddenly lost the connection and can’t find them in the local app(mac) although it appears that I can still see them on my iPhone app. I’ve restarted all my computers/NAS and reinstalled plex on NAS but no luck.Plex Media Server Logs_2020-05-16_11-30-12.zip (3.9 MB)

I was able to rename the reference.xlm and reinstall the server. However, it now says ‘This server is unclaimed and not secure’ but it won’t claim the server.

done that before too, but no luck. It must be the router since I have changed it to a new one a few days ago. However, it was working fine. It only became the issue since yesterday. odd.
