Can't Get Plex to Run on WD PR4100

Hello! I have a PR4100. I went into apps in the NAS Web UI and installed the Plex app. When I click configure the browser tries to bring up http://10.27.27.6:32400/web and I get a page not found error. When I log into the NAS at the command line I see no plex processes in the process table. It looks to me like Plex is not starting. I had previously had Plex running on this NAS a few years ago with a different IP address, if that matters. Any help is appreciated!

Open your server using its local IP address – at least to complete the setup.
Use http://[local PMS IP address]:32400/web from within the same subnet as the PMS.

Once your server has been linked to your Plex account (and remote access has been enabled), you should also be able to access the server from other apps or outside your home network.
