I have a tv show “Adam ruins everything” that stopped playing inside plex. It will play outside plex. I moved the show out of its folder to let plex get rid of it. After it scanned it was still showing up, but as unavailable. I tried to click on the 3 dots and delete but it keeps saying there was a problem deleting. I even tried to empty the trash. I’ve tried to delete other shows and they were deleted. Any thoughts?
Take a look at the Plex media info of one of the episodes.
Inspect the storage location where Plex expects the file to sit.
Compare that to the real storage location.
If you erased the whole folder where the show was located before, re-create that folder but put only a small txt file into it.
Then update library, empty trash.
