Cant get work ATV3 and ATV2 + Plexconnect

Hello

 

I need some help please.

I have an atv 2 and 3 on the same network , but i cant get work the atv2 with plexconnect. i already installed the certificate on both but just the atv 3 works fine with plexconnect.

 

Has anyone the same problem or a solution??
