I don’t want to see Rotten Tomatoes or TMDB ratings on my films. I have the “ratings and reviews from” setting set to “no one”. But I still see Rotten Tomatoes ratings on my films. Am I missing something?
I don’t think you can disable it completely, even though that setting you changes makes it seem that way.
In the movie library advanced settings, you have to pick one, RT, IMDb or TMDB, there’s no option for none at the library level.
Ok, I guess I remake this post as a feature request then. Baffling this obvious setting doesn’t affect it.
Where are you seeing this? There is no setting named “ratings and reviews from”. Are you possibly using an old agent?
If that is a valid setting, have you tried refreshing the metadata for the library? Most library settings don’t take effect unless you refresh the library.
This is a setting from a different context. It refers to showing ratings and reviews from other users / the community… not the audience/critic ratings loaded as part of Plex‘s metadata (e.g. TMDb, RT…)
