So I have an issue I’m noticing, especially lately, where many popular movies that definitely have Rotten Tomatoes ratings do not show up in Plex and it kicks back to TMDB ratings, which I do not want at all. I swear we never even had TMDB ratings before, it was Rotten Tomatoes or fallback to IMDB, which was WAY better and my preferred order.
For example I have the Documentary ‘Taxi To The Dark Side’ and it has hundreds of RT reviews and has 100% tomatometer, Plex even shows the Rotten Tomatoes reviews below??? But the Rating shows as TMDB, why? I have RT selected for ratings and it works for most movies, but lots are missing despite definitely having many RT ratings.
tbh I just hate TMDB / TVDB and don’t really want them at all, I just want RT and IMDB like it always was, is there a way to achieve this? I am just finding that the Plex Movie / TV agents aren’t as up to date or good as the previous ones for many things and it’s frustrating because I want to support plex and generaly avoid using third party agents where possible, plus the new plex agents are FAST
