Can't install PlexMediaServer-1.19.1.2645 - Visual C++ Errors - Previous version is fine

I’ve looked all over for the necessary MSI, I’ve installed Visual C++ again and manually selected the MSI from C:\ProgramData\Package Cache, nothing is working for this version, but the previous version is fine.
