The only emails I get is the “week in review” since I updated my email. I changed it from X@gmail.com to X+plex@gmail.com and since then I’ve had a lot of issues with logging in. I have my gmail account linked to my profile but whenever I try to log in via it, it creates a new account under X@gmail.com which I already deleted. I tried to email support but they say that tech questions can’t be emailed and I have to post int he forums. I can’t log into the forums due to two factor authentication not sending me the code which is why this account is not linked to mine. I am a plex pass lifetime member and am finding this to be quite frustrating.
