Can't login, account not found?

Hi there, I seem to have a problem with a Plex account of mine. First of all, I’m not totally sure there currently is one attached the email, but upon trying to change the email on this account to a different one (lxke@protonmail.com) it says that it already exists.

I go to the forgot password page and entered my email yesterday, and I still have not received anything. I have checked all mailboxes.
I also tried to contact support but also have not received a response. So I have no idea if there is anything attached to the email address, but I simply cannot change my email to it.

If a moderator or administrator can, please can you free up my email? If I really need to, I can prove that I own the email by providing a screenshot of me being logged into it.

That account was disabled. it will not be re-enabled.the forgot password won’t work. adn the email cannot be used for any other account. The billing folks tell me there is no contacts form that email. how did you try to make contact?

I used the contact form on your webpage and never got a response.
