I have my Plex Server running on a QNAP nas, Running QTS 5.2.3.3006. I have 2 TVs Samsung Smart TVs. 1 has a Firestick, and a ROKU Express .
TV 2 is also a samsung with built in ROKU.
Both ROKUs have the latest Plex app.
My firestick can logon to my Plex Server and plays fine.
But I cannot logon with either ROKUs. When “signing” in I have tried both my email and plex password and I receive and error message after 2 or 3 attempts I get <<User could not be authenticated. This IP appears to be having trouble signing in to an account (detected repeated failure)>>
I get the same error of both roku devices!
Waiting until the next evening, just gets me the same.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated
Still have no Roku access. left alone for 72 hours and the error message is the same.
