Server Version#: 1.20.3.3483
Player Version#: Multiple / any
Since this afternoon I suddenly can’t play any media from any devices other than the server where Plex is running. I have tried multiple devices (app on iOS, app on macOS, app / browser on Windows, app on Samsung TV). I also tried to connect to the server using its local IP instead of plex.tv in the browser, but no difference. Remotely it’s the same issue (with 4G on the phone instead of using the same local network).
To be more precise, I can connect to the Plex server just fine on all devices, I can browse the library etc. When I press play it just keeps buffering indefinitely. Very infrequently it plays for about 1 second and then buffers again. When I play the media files directly on the computer that runs the media server there is no issue at all.
I checked the logs and it keeps repeating these lines intermittently, as if it’s in some kind of loop. Does anyone know what this means and how I can fix it?
