Can't playback TV episodes

Server Version#: 1.13.5.5332
Player Version#: 3.69.1

When I attempt to play TV shows they never start playing. I’ve checked the server and it never even launches the transcoder process. I’ve tried using a web player, the Windows 10 player and the android player and get the same result every time, playback never starts at all.

Logs from server

Settings - Server - Network - ‘Show Advanced’ - “IPv6 support” <-- DISABLE
Settings - Server - General - “Verbose Logging” <-- DISABLE

then restart Plex server

Side note:

Did you intentionally install Plex’s program files on drive D: ?
If so, this doesn’t do what you think it does.
To really save storage space, you need to move the Plex data folder, not the program folder.
The program folder is only 160 MB, the data folder can grow to Gigabytes.

So: your drive D: is it internal, external, network share or anything else?

The C, D, and E drives are all internal. The drives with the libraries are network shares on a NAS.

is it possible to change the location of the data folder?

NM, I found it.

see Moving Metadata on Windows

But that is not the main issue for you.
Did you do the above configuration changes?

After making those configuration changes everything seems to be working fine. Thanks for your assistance!

I also moved the data store to another drive.
