My Plex server stopped suddenly 2 weeks ago and, after many attempts, I was unable to get it back up and running. I decided to restart my QNAP from scratch and reinstall Plex Media Server, which was already linked to my account. I reinstalled Plex Media Server on a QNAP running QuTS Hero h5.2.9.3410.
I have been using Plex on QNAP for several years and have never encountered this kind of problem. After installing Plex Media Server, I launched it from my workstation using http://QnapIP:32400/web. After a few seconds, the URL changed to http://QnapIP:32400/web/index.html#!/setup/b550a8c1412a8f9c60e03448d00c05f96c737148, but the setup page never appeared.
I followed all the tips and tricks I found on the internet to try to identify and fix the problem, but nothing worked.
That is why I am writing here to request your help and expertise. I deleted Plex, reinstalled it, and launched it again. I have attached the Plex Media Server log file. Please note that “QnapIP” refers to the IP address of my QNAP on my local network.
