Two days ago the PMS running on my WD Passport Wireless Pro stopped responding. It was not reachable by any means on my network: web app, phone app, TV app, or even direct to x.x.x.x:32400/web
I rebooted everything and finally reset the Passport to factory conditions and reinstalled PMS and it started working again. Then yesterday, gone again. Tried the factory reset and reinstall but this time it has not come back. The Passport dashboard shows it as installed and running but I cannot reach the server.
Today I logged into the drive through SSH to try and find the server logs which apparently should be at
/shares/Storage/.wdcache/.plexmediaserver/Application Support/Plex Media Server/
but I can’t get that far into the directory structure. I only get to /shares/Storage/.wdcache/ and this is the listing from that directory:

Am I missing something? Where can I find the logs to see if there is a problem with this install or when it starts up?
