WD PR4100 1.23.2.4656 PMS Irretrievably Broken

I was able to use this version for about a week, then today it lost contact with my server. I’ve reinstalled, repowered, restarted router & NAS, but all have failed. I’ve tried downgrading the version, but access remains irretrievable. I wish I could provide server logs, but all seem to have bricked my access. I can no longer access PMS from the WD OS and when I open the player, I keep getting messages about how the server does not exist.

I would love to share the logs, but I don’t know how to retrieve them, since I can no longer access PMS. I can SSH to the plex_conf folder on the PR4100, but am not sure what I’m looking at.

Please do not “apologize for your inconvenience,” as you have already used this line with many others reporting problems with their NAS servers. Just advise me what to do or build a fix.
