Can't remove song from queue in web browser

I have one song that appears to be stuck in the play queue and I can’t remove it. I had a list of songs and I can remove every other song, but not this one. I can add other songs to the play queue and I can clear them, but the “x” that should appear to the right when I hover over the length of the song never appears. It doesn’t seem to matter what I do or what I reboot that song always appears in my play queue as soon as I load the web browser client.

Thoughts?
