Yes , me too , the password reset not working this morning !!!
same here.
requesting another reset won’t even send a new email after first unsuccessful try.
Ditto - no password reset email ![]()
Same issue here. Maybe there are to many requests because of the breach email?
Tried twice but never received the email with the reset link
Yes, email bombed by reset requests now
token still invalid though. Let’s wait for the dust to settle.
Started to received the emails now. But the reset password page does not refresh after I pressed update password the first time. And in panic I press the button a second time, but then it complains about invalid token. However, the password is updated with the new password.
Same goes for 2fa, can’t do anything with that either, guess this data breach did more than thought or it being bombarded with password resets and can’t cope
I had some hard times too resetting the password. Even when I got the “token” warning it worked in the end.
I finally got it to work as well. After getting token error from clicking the “Update password” button twice due to thinking nothing happened the first time, I exercised some patience. The password reset page gave the message “Internal Server Error. Something went wrong on our end” after about 30 seconds or so, then I got the email saying the password was changed. After that I was able to log in with the new password ok.
Yeah, everybody who got the token error, go and try your new password, it looks like mine works.
This error message is very misleading. Most of the time, the password IS changed. When the change is successfull, the reset password link isn’t valid anymore (token expired). This is the reason you get the error message: The token is invalid. You’ll have to request a new password reset (which isn’t needed most of the time).
Maybe next time you send out an email requesting to reset our passwords, you make sure your domain is on solid footing.
