I’m trying to reset the password for my account, but I keep getting this page whenever I click the link in the email. I have to create this account just to ask in here (which is annoying since now I have 2 accounts).
Why do I keep getting these errors whenever I try to reset my password?
@nubimi2 Our email system shows the reset emails were correctly sent to the email address you provided me. Please note that the links in the email are unique. If you request multiple resets, they override the previous one. You need to make sure you are using the latest email you received.
The last 2 message you posted above are interesting. You should not get those errors from trying to reset your password. Those messages have to do with undo a change to your email address. If you have emails from Plex that are leading to those messages, you must have another Plex account and clicking on emails for that account and not the one you sent me.
Please double check the emails you got and the address they were sent to.
