I had to create a new account under a different email address to be able to post this message. Kinda strange when you cant login, you have no support options what so ever.
Anyway, on my account, that has a lifetime plex pass, i tried to change my password as requested by the mail. I tried it, got a ‘general error, try agakn later’. Result: now i cannot login as it doesnt accept my password and when i use the ‘forget password’ i get a ‘token invalid, request a new one’ message.
Please help me get back in my account. (I removed my mail from the picture for obvious reasons… )
