A couple days ago there was a notification for a server update. Since I did that, now, every movie I add to my library, I can’t find movie covers for. I have tried searching with the Plex Movie as well as the Movie Database. And I replace lower quality movies with higher quality. The lower ones that I have had always had cover art. Now when I put a better quality one, I can’t find it. I also make sure the files properties are updated with the correct info like name and year released. Please fix this.

- what do you do
- what is the expected outcome
- what do you get instead
I’m not quite sure if this issue is actually about posters or the new movies failing to match entirely (e.g. no descriptions etc. -> your post says you made sure they’re updated but it’s not clear they do get updated/set)
Also… what version of PMS are we talking about?
