PMS doesn't recognize cover changes or rather doesn't display them anymore

Sadly I can’t provide a log file since I get an error when trying to download the log (not found error).

Behavior:
When I change the cover art of an item in my library it displays the posters, I can select and save it but the cover art in the library turns grey and doesn’t display anything.

Edit: No pictures of actors are portrayed either.

Expected behavior:
After a change of the cover art it should display it in the library.

Any ideas what’s the problem here?

Update: I’ve managed to get to the logs, though I have no idea which once you guys need and there are quite a lot of them.
What caught my eye though was in the fanart logs:

Bump… Come on, somebody needs to know something.

Last bump and update, I anyone ever’s going to read this.

I tried optimizing the db and deleting my agent folders but setting them up new without any success.
