Hi,
I have updated my server to Gracenote- deleting and re adding the DVR.
I am able to search the TV guide using the browser interface with no issues.
I am unable to search the TV guide using the android app. Should I be able to use the android app?
Any help to fix is appreciated.

Just chiming in, I’m having the same issue too. On android app and FireTV app.
I can search guide in a web browser and Plex app (windows 10).
I’m a new DVR install so I should be on gracenote since after 12/2 cutover.

Same here. Android app doesn’t display Live TV results…they just come back empty.

Having same issue, just purchased the pass so could make use of DVR.

Hello new dvr install after Dec 2 android Version#:8.11.0.22186. Search live tv works on web and ios but no longer returning results on android app.
Have reverted back to version 8.10.0.21911 on my android phone and have got search results back. Is also working on my Nvidia shield. Will disable auto update til it’s sorted.
How do you revert back?
Uninstall the current version of the app. Download the previous version ( https://plex-for-android.en.uptodown.com/android/download/3010153 )
Install the downloaded apk. It might ask to allow to install from unknown sources, as it is installing from outside of Google play store.
Once installed go to Google store app and then click 3 dots top right and untick ‘Auto Update’. Load the app and connect as usual .
Same apk works with android TV too.

Thanks for this, found this just like everyone else. I’m not surprised at the lack of resolution here, this is Plex, focus on garbage features but don’t bother to provide the app with basic reliable functionality. What a joke.

Just checking any to see if anyone has tried latest version to see if the search works?
I’m pretty sure I tested and it’s working for me now. I am in the beta channel though.
