MISSING dvr/guide/liveTV android app

I have the latest plex pass server installed 1.7.3.3937 and DVR/liveTV/program guide shows up on my IOS device but isn’t showing up on my android device. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it’s still not there - what version of the android app should it be from playstore? Using on samsung s8…

Live TV only works on iOS or Android TV, not Android mobile devices.
