I cant find the dropdown menu anymore to change between tv shows, movies, etc. I liked having a massive list to stroll through of all shows and movies coming up and just setting dvr to whatever i wanted. Is this a known error and is there a fix? I am in Texas using nvidia shield
I too am curious about this. In the “old” Plex experience you could navigate to the Live TV and DVR section of the web interface and select from Channels, Live TV & DVR, Movies, News, Sports, and Shows. Selecting any of Movies, News, Sports, and Shows would show a list of all of that type of content with airings in the next two weeks (or period of time covered by the guide data). I’ve not been able to find similar functionality in the new Plex experience.
For the time being, if you still want this functionality you can access it by utilizing the legacy web interface. You’ll have to use the local web server: http://127.0.0.1/web. From there, navigate to Settings -> Web Client -> General and deselect “Preview the new Plex experience.”
I genuinely hope this is just an oversight or that I’ve somehow not located the same functionality in the new interface as I use this regularly.
