Can't see my truenas plex server

Hello guys,

I have very weird issue with plex official plugin on Truenas as i installed it many times and each time i can’t have optiin to add my library folder !!
It’s even not showing my server and ask me to download one !!

Any help on that

Are you sure you are running TrueNAS 12.2??? I check for updates daily and I am still on 12.0-U7.

What version of Plex server are you running??
Is the Plex Jail and Plugin running??
Did you add “Mount Points” that have your media in them to your Plex Jail?? You won’t be able to find them in PMS if you didn’t.
Are you able to access your PMS and its settings via its local network IP??

yes the truenas version is 12.0U7 typo mistake

Already added the mount points,
And i don’t even have the ability to add the media as everytime i try add one, it tells me to download the PMS from official website !!!

Also i noticed that i can’t access pms from local ip if i disconnected fron internet (below is snap) as it always direct me to plex.tv !!!

OK… You need to go into your TrueNAS web gui and check to see if the Plex JAIL is running

If it is go to PLUGINS, expand Plex and scroll to the bottom of it’s window and click on the MANAGE gear

That should take you to your Plex servers web gui. That is where you finish the set up of your Plex server.

Let us know if you can or can’t get at least that far.
