I have installed Plex But when I try to run the Plex media Server I get an error that it cannot connect to the server securely. I have checked and the setting is set to preferred. But still cannot connect. Here is a screen shot. Please any help will be greatly appreciated.

I have another issue. When setting up my libraries I cannot get to my files in my my-media folder. When i go to /mnt/my pool name/my-media I don’t see the files i have in the my-media folder. Any help will be appreciated Thank you
