Can't see Plex outside my network

I’ve updated to Version 1.18.5 it works perfectly on my network but I can’t see anything outside of my network.
I’m sure I just don’t have a button pushed or a switch turned on. Thank you very much for all your help as usual

I’m so sorry I put in the wrong version
I upgraded from that version to this version
1.24.3.
Once I have updated to this version now I can’t see it outside of my network. Sorry for the bad information
