I updated to the latest version of Plex server (v.1.40.4.8679-424562606 July 9, 2024) in hopes to fix the constant error “Not available outside your network” But the latest server is broken and killed all my libraries.

Does anyone have a fix for getting the server to work / be available outside my network on Version 1.40.1.8227.

Given that the latest Plex server is not working and the version Version 1.40.1.8227 does anyone have any suggestions about how to get access outside the network? is there an version in between these that I can get access to and download?

You left this line in, but didn’t follow it… Debug logs would be helpful for troubleshooting.
Can’t help fix it if we don’t know what’s broken.

Generally speaking for remote access you just need a port forward on your router to your box running Plex.

I don’t use mac so I’m not sure if there are extra hoops, but that’s all you should need…
