Hello everyone. I pretty much ran out of ideas to pinpoint the cause of the problem. So I kindly ask for some of your advice. The plex server is installed on ubuntu server (vlan different from the one from which I access it - to do this I used the official guide or establish an ssh tunnel before) That said, every time I launch a scan of my storage path, which I also tried to move from /media to /home, practically immediately the scraping stops. There is nothing relevant about debugging. I tried to disable ufw, but same thing, I tried to run a chown myuser:myuser folder /var/lib/plexmedia/server, same problem unfortunately… irrelevant even if I stay connected to NordVPN or not. It looks like a software problem: every time i get “Start Analyze Library” the circle on right top start and immediately stop. Could someone gently give me some tips? Pheraps for better troubleshooting
EDIT: some time, when I add, remove acl (with setfacl to directory that normally should give access to plex 755 mask) the SCRAPING START redundant on one single file, continuosly…and never stop, just 1 movie
