I dont know what you guys did to screw up the server switching or made it very difficult to switch.
I was able to switch to my other server and only thing it showed was my live tv dvr.
Where is my movies that are tied with the sever? The old player app I was able to easily switch to my other server and see all my content.
Why oh why would you take this out? Stupid. I don’t understand. Point of me having a different server so I can have one or each separate which is what I want.
It should be what I want, not what you want.
No I don’t want to add these drives over my network on to the other server.
I want to be able to switch to either servers and be able to see my content for that server. So adding my drives to one server isn’t going to work for me.
I want them separate not shared with one server.
Why Plex took this ability out or disabled it makes absolutely no sense to me.
It my personal preference to have 2 separate servers and use both at the same time or one or the other and should be as easy as switching to the server you want and see your content for that server only.
But again Plex removed it apparently. Thanks Plex for making it harder to make this happen.
More they fix things and improve the more they mess things up.
Only thing showing up on my other server is live tv/dvr none of the drives are showing up. Like it did before. It’s not showing my drives for the other server.
Again it used to be as easy as switching and seeing the drives. So now it doesn’t show then? Wow. I have 5 drives hooked up to it. Unbelievable.
Like I said. My other server is off. When I goto the server i am trying to see its only showing the live tv / dvr which works with my hdhomerun. However it’s not listing the movies from my drives.
There not showing up. They did before however with the old player.
I am even trying to use the android app. There is no way to switch to my other server. It keeps showing my default one.
Why would plex do such a thing. This is ridiculous in a nut shell. It makes no sense why they would do such a stupid thing.
If it’s not showing my other server while I have it shut off, then why does it keep trying to connect and why, OH WHY. Can’t I change the server. Argh Plex? Where’s the logic in this.

The android app is getting redesigned.
Inn the web app all servers and their libraries are listed on the left after you click “MORE” to see all servers. the home screen is like that so users can customize which libraries from the many they may have access to can be pinned or rearranged as they see fit. some folks have 20 libraries but only use 2 or th regularly. maybe they use the TV library from their friend but the movie library from their server and don’t need/wan to see the rest regularly.
if you can’t see any libraries then there is something else wrong. with loading them
I have a separate server with my drives connected to it. Why can’t i see this server? Why can’t I see my drives. What in the heck did you people do to this app?
I’ve always been able to use multiple servers and now your not allowing me too? What kind of crap is this.
This has always worked. You come out with some bull crap junk UI to make it look pretty and take out a function. What’s your malfunction?
It shows that the one server is offline because I don’t have it running. All I am trying to do is one simple task.
To switch to the other server. That’s all. There is no option that allows me to do that.
When I goto more it shows some libs not movies. Movies are the only thing I am trying to access. That’s all i care about. But there is no option to switch the server. Its stuck on the one that I have shut off.
Okay so when I use the android app I goto movies and there is a drop down and says server 1 and server 2.
I go and select the server I want and it shows my movies.
However using the firestick plex app if i go down to more it shows my server. When I go to server 2 and click on it, the only thing it shows is live tv. It don’t show movies, tv shows or music.
