Can't update again Plex Server via repo on Debian

Plex Media Player has said that there is an update of Plex Media Server is available (v. 1.16.2.1297) but in the repo only contains:

Don’t say that there are a lot of topics and this is the duplicate. I have read them there and no solution can be found. Pls, provide a solution before closing the thread. Thx.

There is a solution except it’s Operations. We in Customer Support can’t touch it.
