Hi,
I’m currently trying to upgrade the plex server on my NAS. i’m getting an error installing.
I have been through the other posts and I think I have tried all the suggestions so far such as:
-shut down the app before installing
-uninstall the old app before installing
-restarting the nas after uninstalling or shutting down the app before trying to install the new one.
-I have tried installing with the file located on my pc and with the file located in the public folder on the nas
