This is an ongoing issue. If I download any new versions of Plex Media Server, it behaves as if I have no library. As soon as I uninstall and reinstall the old version, works great. All features work, so I’m not complaining, but I’d like to stay up to date with the newest release. Running v 2.7.4 right now.

The current PMS version is 1.3.3.3148. Please check your version and report back. Also, please give OS information and if you have PMS running as a service, if you install it as another user, etc.
Settings - Server - General will show you the current Server version. The version you reported is the Plex/web (resident UI) version.
Also please provide Host and OS version

Download the latest PMS from this website. After that, uninstall PMS, then install the new version. Report back with your results.
Do you have your PMS data located in a non-standard location? Have you manually moved it somewhere else?
Will do later. Data never moved. Install where Plex wants it. I will try again, but EVERYTHING is working perfectly. Trailers, remote access, it’s truly outstanding! That’s why I’ve been hesitant to try, but what the heck. When I get home ill reinstall.
