Install lates version of PMS 1.31.0.6654 and if I restart my PC it go back to older version

This has happen to me 6 times, I update to lastes version of PMS 1.31.0.6654 and If I restart my PC Windows 11 Home 22H2 OS Build 22621.1105 then PMS start with version 1.29.1.6260 and ask if I want to update. I have don this several time and every time I restart it go back to old version. I also turn off PMS and manually install lates version but the same thing happen.

What can I do to fix this .

Try manually uninstalling Plex Media Server. Use the normal Windows uninstall, not Revo, CCleaner, etc.

Reboot the PC.

Then manually install the desired version.

Thanks for the help FordGuy61, I think the uninstall fix the problem.
It was kind of scared because it ask if you want to completely remove PMS and all it components and I didn’t want to lose all the time invests specially in my music collection and the Sonic analysis.
I didn’t loos anything so again thanks.
