Seeing the new photo tagging features, I tried to update to 1.3.0, but the “Check for updates” button is telling me that my Windows machine is up to date with 1.2.7.2987

I’m a bit worried about manually downloading the server version 1.3.0 and installing lest I lose existing settings or something else.
Is there any way to foce an update if the server is not seeing the new version, or is this a bug/feature?
Thanks for any help/advice.
Under Windows, it is totally safe to
- uninstall the old PMS version using the default Windows mechanism (Settings - Apps - Apps & Features - deinstall)
- download and install the newer PMS version
All Plex data and libraries and settings are unaffected by this.
Just don’t use any 3rd party Uninstaller programs like ‘Revo’ etc.
I don’t even uninstall the previous version, I just close the Plex Server software and then start the installer for the new version I downloaded from Plex.tv. Never had any issues doing upgrades that way.
And can also be done while open. .
Pretty sure it closes automatically during update…
