2 of my users cant connect to my plex server through the web player,
The server is shown as not available when they use the web player, but they can use the plex windows application just fine. It doesnt seem to be an adblock issue, and theyve tried incognito / privacy mode, other browsers (firefox, edge, chrome) etc. Nothing seems to work.
Other users have no issues, its just the 2 of them, both on different IPs and of different households. I dont have a blocker and all connections are directly to the IP.
I do have secure connections only on, and they used to connect just fine. But recently they cant.
I have not changed settings before access got denied.
Any ideas?
