Hi,
Having trouble viewing TV shows and movies, when selecting the mentioned tabs (this includes IOS & Xbox One, not just web browser)
I can easily view what is on deck as well as recently added and all streams fine and works perfectly.
but when i click on the TV shows or movies, nothing its just blank…? :s (as pictured)
i know the media is there because i can access it by going through things such as see season option or see show!!
or change to folder or list view, cant do on xbox so i need this 
so i know its there its just not appearing where it always used to and it is so frustrating!
