I have no idea where the 192.168.0.188 IP address is coming from, my home subnets are 192.168.3 and .5. If I log in as the primary user everything is fine, but if you log in as a user with a library shared to it, it times out with

this is only for 'libary" “recommended” and “collections” works fine. Log below. Same problem with Android and Roku app.
