Can't View Panorama Pictures

Hi,
first of all, I am completely new to Plex and to this forum and English is not my native language, so please forgive me my bad grammar.

I just installed Plex on my Unraid Server, and so far I really like it! Especially the “Timeline” feature. But there is a Problem, I can’t View my Panorama Pictures (Taken with my Samsung Galaxy S8+, just normal .jpg). It does not create a Thumbnail for them and then I open one it just says: “Picture could not be loaded” (translated from german)…

I hope someone can help me with that🙌

I just found out that the Problem only occurs with some Panorama Pictures, but not with all of them…
