Some photo thumbnails and images will not load

Hello,

I have notice that some of my photo thumbnails are not loading. Additionally when I click on them I get the message that they are unable to load. These are all JPEGs however they are all Panoramic photos taken with a Samsung Note 8. All of my other photos show and open fine. My pc can open fine just not within Plex Media Server. All photos are in the same folder it is just singling out these types for some reason. This happened in FreeNas as well as Windows 10 Pro and Enterprise versions. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

After doing some additional testing I was able to get the photos to appear. I opened and resaved as a jpeg. Reimported into my Plex folder then “analyzed” refreshed and they are now working.
