Hello there,
just tried to sync my phone library (s8 note) with my plex server, I can see panorama photos, of any kind (from smallish to huge) have a placeholder in my library timeline with supposedly correct aspect-ratio thumbnail, but the thumb itself is dark gray and when I click on it I receive an “unable to load photo” error message and the photo doesn’t load.
Is this a known issue? I tried to search around but find only old mentions of similar behaviours, nothing definitive.
