When watching media with subtitles/captioning, they stop working when the player goes into PIP mode with the new app. It used to display subtitles/captioning on PIP with the old app, does anyone know how I can re-activate it?
afaik they should still be playing. Are they SRT subtitles or another type? Which model iOS device do you have so i can add to report? and it is possible to get logs from the app

Its an iphone 15 pro max, the subtitles are all srt files, double checked it wasn’t the files by trying it on shows I watched previously on the old app.

Same issue here, the new app really sucks. Its missing features and has annoying bugs. I can’t browse my library anymore while playing video? I am seriously considering moving to Jellyfin if Plex does not fix the subtitles during the next weeks. It’s a core feature and not just a minor annoyance, yet no one at Plex cares.
