I paid for this service but have never gotten it to work. How can I cancel it so that I won’t continually be charged for something I can’t use. It sounds amazing but with no “person” to assist with this problematic situation, I have just wasted my money.

There are plenty of “persons” ready and willing to help in these forums, if you would describe the difficulty you are having.

Also, please be aware that you don’t need to pay for the service to use it. The Plex Pass merely gets you access to a few premium features, and early access to pre-release versions. You may cancel your subscription, resolve whatever issues you are having, and then you can re-subscribe if you decide you want the premium features.
