I just want the free service. I can’t find the option to cancel. I can block the charge, but I would rather just do it directly with Plex.
I’ve been to that page. I can find my account and it shows where they are taking the money out each month, but I can not find a link to cancel.
it appears you are using several plex.tv accounts.
you are not logged in to plex.tv with your plex account which has the plex pass. Otherwise it would show ‘Plex Pass’ after your post count here in the forum.
so log out, and log back in with the right set of credentials. Then you will see the option to cancel your subscription:

Hello - I also have this problem. When I go to the subscription page it just says: “You’re appreciated!
Thank you for being a loyal Plex Pass subscriber!” No option to cancel.
